Different countries have different idea of how they love their pancakes. But here's my recipe - United Kingdom.

1 cup flour
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 pinch salt

Mix everything together. Put a little oil in a frying pan, heat to the plate to bring everything you want (I use a spoon and I do) and turn pancakes when the top feels dry.
