Return of remington products? - remington microflex titanium rechargeable shaver
I bought an electric shaver Remington Microflex Precision 600 with bonus abuser 150 plants Direct.ca July 25, 2007, but customer service told me that Remington also returned if it can be opened, but the people directly or Remington factory people in my repeated requests for responding. What should I do? Thank you for help.

Direct.ca Factory is not required to take, but Remington has a well known money-back guarantee.
If they give you evasive answers, I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This is attention and you call someone who can help.
