Hello u guys, OK, so I'm starting a liquid diet, plzzzz do not U know that it weighs bad for u, u freak anorexic and stuff, if I is 53 kilos, which approximately 11.6 kg I weighed 125 pounds, and I know it was huge, I'm half 5-2 and I'm 14, I'm a girl, so my problem is that my weight slowly comes out now, take the time to keep the weight now I'm the 7th Reduce the day of food, I think I'll continue for another 7 days, then how long should I lose say, and do u think i fat 'for my height and age

Its height completely healthy for you and do not really need a diet. But probably would listen to me anyway so there is no reason to tell you!

But please do not feed your weight is perfect!

R. Yes, it's true. and you're waaaay too young to drastic measures to lose weight, does not lie in ... His body is still doing in the development and nutritional needs of all the right things right from the folly of fad diet and make your body a good girl.

Eating well, but only when hungry and not more than three times per day. Contains a lot of raw vegetables and fruit at each meal, preferably 50%. Other foods ur satisfaction, chewing each mouthful at least 32 times accessed. This also allows the UR body signals of hunger or satiety to generate. Follow the signals. Not fast food or hunger.

Nothing but water in between.

No special diet, call them by name or assists the program, you can not adopt them permanently. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud avoided unless the paper considers it necessary to examine the state of UR.

Do light exercises and brisk walking of 30 min.regularly preferably on an empty stomach and twice a day.

States will achieve what they did not even have dreamed that within a reasonable time and without problems.

Be patient and not hurry.

U can not choose the points of the reduction.

This schedule can be adopted on a permanent basis for a healthy life and maintain weight.

OK, and U 1 can not lose fat with diet alone or fasting, is U lose a package.

I even practiced on treadmil for about 4 months and I can see my belly is smaller.

You can not choose where u want to lose weight, but through the exercise of these will, if necessary.

I know that fasting liquid UR after I wud suggest u try to eat, 1000-1500 cal per day and you burn has the same amount or the difference that lasts a few weeks of patience, but it works :)
